• Lex Favios acted as legal counsel to State Bank of India (Lenders’ Legal Counsel) in connection with project finance / term loan facilities raised by Technique Solaire Invest 1 India Private Limited amounting to INR 200 million from SBI for the refinancing of its 5 MW solar unit situated in Uttarakhand, and by MH Technique Solaire India Private Limited amounting to INR 540 million from SBI for the construction of a 20 MW Solar Power Project in Maharashtra.
  • Lex Favios acted as legal counsel to Bosques Solares, S.L. (Israel) in connection with the setting up of its subsidiary in India (Savitar Solar Power Systems Pvt. Ltd.), review of consortium agreements and engineering services agreements, and review of bid documents for establishing a 5 MW solar power project in Rajkot, Rajasthan under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission.
