• Lex Favios team represents and acts as Legal Counsel to UAE-based Gibraltar Technologies is acquiring  HCL Infotech Ltd, part of the HCL Group for 74.6 million dirhams ( ₹147 crore). As part of the deal, the AI-based digital solutions company will acquire the assets, 800 employees and customer contracts managed by HCL Infotech.

 

  • Lex Favios team represents and acts as Legal Counsel to Novezo Consulting with respect to the acquisition of HCL Infosystems. HCL Infotech Ltd Board of Directors have approved the sale of HCL Infosystems to Novezo Consulting.

 

  • Engineering India Limited – Lex Favios is acting as the Legal Advisor in the ongoing proposed acquisition of Projects and Development India Limited by Engineers India Limited, a listed PSU. As a part of its advisory role, we conducted a complete Legal Due Diligence of PDIL and are currently in the process of vetting and negotiating the Transactional Documents.

 

  • Lex Favios acted as the Legal Advisor to Ummeed Housing Finance for its Series D Equity raise by Morgan Stanley and Existing Investor LGT Impact of Rs. 164 Crores. The Firm assisted the company in due diligence, finalization of transaction documents, worked on the pre and post-closing items.

 

  • Assisted “Olam International”, a Singapore based company in relation to its acquisition of a sugar unit of “Girdharilal Sugar and Allied Industries Limited” through its Indian subsidiary.

  • Raising funds for Neurosynaptic Healthsquad Telemedicine – Bengaluru-based health-tech firm Neurosynaptic Communications Pvt. Ltd has raised an undisclosed amount in its Series A round of funding from healthcare-focused investment firm Healthquad, Indian Angel Network, and Infosys co-founders backed Axilor Ventures. Our firm was acting sole counsel for neurosynaptic Healthsquad Telemedicine to raise the undisclosed amount. We assisted in drafting the share Purchase agreement and review other fundraising documents as required.
